Ryan represents businesses and individuals in Transactional, General Counsel, and Civil Litigation matters. He brings a broad range of experience across public & private companies, government, and multiple industries that allows him to spot and solve problems before they arise. To Ryan, the best defense is the Kevlar of knowing the answer. 
 
Previously, Ryan was the General Counsel and Partner of a wind and solar project development company and has worked for an Am Law 50 firm in Silicon Valley, Microsoft in Seattle, and as a diesel technician.
 
In addition to practicing law, Ryan is the Managing Partner of a private investment fund, a pilot, and an avid outdoorsman. You can frequently find him fixing his ag irrigation system, trimming trees, or cultivating wildlife on his property in Northern Idaho with his wife and family.
